I enjoyed the family atmosphere. Good service offered in this hotel. The location was nice, to have Stephanie arrange for transport with easy access to a little market and a market. I often went to Mcdonald's to pick up some food. The food was local and good, included cakes and eggs;))

Everything was good, favourable location just off Mataram as well as center, amazingly nice staff. Loved the location to Senggigi area. Also, the hotel was within a 20-minute walk from Makam Batu Layar.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming guesthouse in Senggigi. The building was impressive and definitely worth staying in. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They even provided free snacks and instant noodles for when I was hungry. The environment was delightful and the sound was not an issue at all. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location was a bit inconvenient for those without transportation. It was difficult to find nearby restaurants, especially when arriving at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. Everything was clean and perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the hot water showers. The staff was always smiling and helpful, providing us with free water and snacks throughout the day. The breakfast was delicious and there were options to eat throughout the day. The location of the guesthouse was great, being close to the beach and within reach of nice places in a peaceful neighborhood. The staff even provided assistance with transportation, whether it was finding public transportation or arranging tours at reasonable prices. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rooms at Whiterose Guesthouse are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family like ours. We loved the air conditioning, it kept us cool during the hot days. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were great for relaxing in the evenings. The balcony with a garden view was a lovely spot to enjoy our morning coffee.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in our double room. It felt a bit cold and hard underfoot.

I recently stayed at the Whiterose Guesthouse in Senggigi for a week and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, Bob and Steph made us feel right at home. The spacious and clean rooms were fitted with top-notch amenities, including air con, TVs, and comfortable beds. The staff, especially Abdul and Jay, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The complimentary snacks, fruits, water, and coffee in the kitchen were a nice touch. The breakfast options were delicious, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The Whiterose is definitely a great place to stay for families, as they even provided a delightful experience for our 2-year-old son. We also appreciated the help with organizing transportation and tours. our stay at the Whiterose was exceptional, and we highly recommend this hotel.
